- Market Basics: Stocks vs. ETFs, market indices, and sectors.
- Trading Terminology: Bid/ask spread, volume, liquidity, etc.
- Trading Platforms and Tools: Introduction to popular tools like Thinkorswim, Robinhood, TradingView, and other real-time data and charting tools.
- Trading Exercises (Simulated account): Familiarity with trading tools.
Module 2: Fundamentals of Stock Trading
- Stock Selection: Understanding market sectors and choosing stocks.
- Technical Analysis Basics: Charts, price trends, and volume analysis.
- Fundamental Analysis: Analyzing company earnings, revenue, P/E ratios, and other key metrics.
- Setting Up Watchlists and Alerts: Customizing tools to stay updated on chosen stocks.
- Trading Exercises (Simulated account): Research, Buy and Sell Stocks based on analysis, review performance.

- Options Fundamentals: What options are, types (calls and puts), expiration, and strike prices.
- Options Strategies:

- Intermediate strategies: Covered calls, protective puts.
- Advanced strategies: Spreads, straddles, strangles, Iron Condors, Iron Butterflies.
- Options Pricing: Introduction to the “Greeks” – Delta, Gamma, Theta, and Vega.
- Risk Management: How to manage risks in options trading.
- Trading demo: Robinhood and Thinkorswim walk-through for options trading.
- Trading Exercises (Simulated account): Buy / Sell weekly / bi-weekly / monthly options.
Module 4: Advanced Trading Techniques
- Swing Trading vs. Day Trading: Identifying trading style preferences.
- Technical Indicators: Moving averages, MACD, RSI.
- Market Patterns and Trends: Recognizing support and resistance, supply and demand.
- Automated indications: Understanding Thinkorswim Scripts for automated indications based on technicals and logic.
- Trading Bots: Introduction to Option Alpha, Bots setup for trading strategies and risk management for automated trading.
- Risk and Money Management: Position sizing, stop-loss orders, and setting profit targets.
- Trading Exercises (Simulated account): Intraday SPX / SPY trading using limit and stop loss setup. Option Alpha bot setup.

- Setting Up Demo Accounts: Practice without real risk.
